INGREDIENTS
red capsicum Lebanese cucumbers tzatziki dip - if you don't have this hummus would do or cheese spread or even plain yogurt! |
METHOD
Cut the cucumbers in half (have an adult do this part) Scoop out the flesh with a small spoon Spoon the tzatziki dip (or what you are using) into the hollow of the cucumber With help - cut a side off the capsicum Cut this into a triangle shape Place in the cucumber hollow ENJOY your snack! |

CHEESE PIZZA
YOU WILL NEED
plain muffins tomato sauce or BBQ grated cheese METHOD cut the muffins in half spread with tomato sauce or BBQ Sprinkle with grated cheese Place on a tray and bake in a 200 degrees oven for 10 minutes - get help with this part from an adult |
